Summary	This broadcasting executive will lead all technical support to produce and distribute Network television programming.  Supports Network editorial and programming department heads by delivering high quality television production in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner possible.  Areas of Responsibility  Television production Engineering Enterprise and broadcast IT Media asset management Broadcast distribution
Description	Leads all facets of domestic production operations, including; studio operations, post production, engineering, IT, media asset management and network operations departments, their resources and staff.  Manages broadcast systems, equipment procurement and maintenance consistent with applicable policies and procedures within all areas of Network production and broadcast operations.  Maximizes use of existing Network production capacities and identify opportunities for expanded production capacity. Creates and manages internal and external relationships to support Network production and broadcast operations, both onsite and remotely.  Develops and enforces standard operating procedures for the range of production and broadcast operations. Leads development and execution of financial plans and provides timely information to identify resource requirements across the Department.
Required	Extensive knowledge of all facets of broadcast operations, including production, technical operations, and scheduling  Previous experience as a senior broadcast operations executive At least 10 to 15 years of experience in television production and broadcast operations with increasing levels of responsibility.  Extensive knowledge in at least two of the primary areas of responsibility. Excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills Knowledge and experience in broadcast technology and its integration to support and improve production capability Experience leading multiple functions, preferably in a multicultural broadcast environment.
