Responsibilities |
Responsible
for performing full secretarial functions of a highly responsible, confidential
and time sensitive nature for one of the Entertainment Partners.
Job involves frequent contact with internal and external senior executives
and their assistants. Work product will be produced for top level
media and entertainment executives and companies. Of primary importance
is good judgment, organization skills, attention to detail and the ability
to work well with others. Candidates must work well under pressure,
be consistently accurate and communicate well with all levels of management
and staff. Flexible hours and availability to work overtime on short
notice required.

Accurately
prepare and/or update correspondence, reports, presentations or other information
which may be distributed to other internal departments or external companies
and/or service providers. Includes the composition and typing of routine
letters, memos, and legal documents. May include legal, technical
and/or confidential information.

Receive,
screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls. Independent thinker
capable of providing answers to questions not requiring the Attorneys'
attention as appropriate. Place outgoing calls and coordinate multi-party
conference calls. Communicate Attorneys' instructions to others as
necessary and appropriate.

Coordinate
initial travel arrangements and subsequent changes as required. Organize
and coordinate departmental and external meetings and events. Maintain
attorneys' appointment calendar, including maintenance of Microsoft Outlook
to advise of department wide appointments, meetings and deadlines.

Maintain
accurate department files utilizing both the Legal Department's centralized,
virtual file system as well as section hardcopy files when appropriate.

Process
expense reports and operational invoices for payment as appropriate.

Required
Skills |

Three + years of experience in an executive legal secretarial capacity
in
a law firm.

High School
degree or equivalent; college level English or Communication courses are
a plus.

Possess
excellent word processing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability
to work with minimal supervision.

Willingness
to develop research skills in support of attorney.

Excellent
interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability
to handle multiple, competing priorities in an effective manner.
