Duties |

Responsible for all aspects
of planning and executing live and pre-recorded broadcasts and events including
scripting, creation of multimedia assets, technical direction and delivery
of shows through a variety of channels including streaming media, optical
fiber and to live audiences

Produce pre-production briefings
for presenters and other contributors

Manage the logistics of getting
people, resources and equipment together to the right place at the right
time

Undertake editing, interviewing
and reporting duties as necessary

Work in conjunction with talent
providing guidance and direction to improve on-air delivery

Manage post event editing and
distribution of content for broadcast
-
Present programs or manage presenters
for both pre-recorded and recorded output
-
Check that copyrights are cleared
and applicable media rights and permissions

Convert text, graphics, video
and audio files into other formats for cross platform distribution

Contribute to and make use of
an archive of audio resources which can be re-used and re-purposed

Produce and make use of user-generated
content
-
Capable of handling multiple
production details and projects with little or no supervision

Utilize technology to manage
participants from remote locations

Operates equipment to record,
edit, synchronize, mix and reproduce recordings

Review and post content in a
variety of formats as needed

Use technology, such as Radioman,
Cool Edit Pro, Protocols and Adobe Audition , for editing
As the Radio Executive Producer
you will lead the first comprehensive radio program in the insurance, personal
finance and annuities industries.
Your team will include 4+
radio professionals, and you will have the ability to build your
own team. You will work
directly with the CEO, President and CMO, as well as financial advisors
on weekly shows.
This Radio Executive Producer
will lead, schedule, plan, implement, manage and oversee all radio-related
productions and decisions, along with your team. |
Required |

A proven track record of radio
industry success is required with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
in editorial production, script writing (TV, radio, online), audio production
techniques and related multimedia technologies, as well as post-production
techniques and technologies required.

Exceptional verbal and writing
skills preferred. This Executive Producer must have a strong sense of storytelling,
be detail-oriented, flexible, must have the ability to think quickly, anticipate
needs, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include phones,
scheduling, story coordinating, writing, general administrative tasks and
more. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in executing live and pre-recorded
broadcasts.

with a strong knowledge of programming to competitively position the shows
produced against competition in required markets (DMA's)

Ability to compliment internal
resources equivalent to a major New York advertising agency to offer turn-key
show production solutions to internal and external clients.
