Job Description - Expand and more clearly define the business affairs environment by separating domestic and international legal departments. This person will play a role in defining strategic organizational and development issues while playing a key role in engineering licensing, trademark and royalty policies/systems. This position has 7 direct reports (attorneys) and 23 on a dotted line in the United States and 6 direct reports (attorneys) in Japan, South America and Europe. This EVP will be responsible for the development of staff and daily operations of all international functions within their respective entertainment groups and outside counsel. Experience
