Develop full understanding of the client base and work with identifying and developing investment sales opportunities from existing and new clients.

Analyze existing portfolios, objective setting, develop and present portfolio plans and provide recommendations to include asset allocation and portfolio reviews.

Provide investment expertise to Private Bankers at seminars, events and client meetings. Maintain close involvement with the Relationship Management Team.   Work own network and sources to identify and close new investment opportunities.

Investment Sales Management
Develop strategies and tactics to grow the investment business and meet sales targets. 

Develop and evaluate new client acquisitions and cross-sell initiatives.  Oversee efforts of investment sales partners and resources.  Ensure sales process for investments is appropriately implemented.

Assist in investment marketing analysis of the region, clients and products.

Product Coordination
Function as key liaison between the Field and the Global Investments.  This includes product positioning, identification and understanding of issues for local and global products both discretionary and advisory;  input on new products and marketing material development; define strategies for product sales and  monitoring execution; provide new product training to private bankers.
 

• Proven sales track record of new business development.
• Strong understanding of investments to include Alternative Investments.
• Experience selling or servicing High Net Worth individuals.
• Technical competence with investment products to include asset allocation and reallocation utilizing models.
• Good strategic sense and ability to determine the needs and requirements of the market.

• Knowledge of trust and estate planning and taxation.
• Experience with the consultant market.

• Individual in certain regions, will assist the private bankers in closing investment business from prospective clients and handle own prospecting in order to develop business in the region.
• 10-15 years of experience.  A proven sales track record of New Business Development, strong understanding of investments to include Alternative investments.
• Experience selling or servicing high net worth individuals.
• Technical competence with investment products, influential management skills and strong relationship management skills.
• Series 7, 66, 65.
