| Summary | Individual
will be responsible for managing the delivery of daily processes for Omnibus
Accounts. This includes general ledger posting, reconcilement reviews,
fraud / loss tracking, self-testing and development of reporting and escalation
to Senior Management.
Individual must have strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff of approximately 18 direct reports. Individual is expected to interact with Information Security and Risk Management departments to ensure compliance with standards and to coordinate any or all required changes. Some domestic travel required 10-20%. |

| Skills Required | The ideal
candidate will possess solid knowledge of accounting practices, proof process
and reconcilement.
Strong written, communication, analytical, problem solving and project management skills. |
