Social networking and media entertainment company devoted to Global English and Spanish media markets is seeking an experience Vice President of West Coast advertising sales.

Job Description

• We seek an experienced, intelligent, polished and sophisticated senior level interactive advertising sales professional to join a highly dynamic global media and entertainment company 
• This is a unique senior level online advertising sales position that targets national accounts in the fastest growing demographic in America in both Spanish and English.. 
• This Vice President of advertising sales will evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts that are seeking a youth oriented, highly desired multicultural demographic. 
• This online executive will be expected to build a team of dedicated and experienced account executives to cover the West Coast to present opportunities for advertisers and their agencies. 
• Reports to Executive Vice President Global Sales in New York. 

• National interactive on-line advertising sales experience with advertising agencies and clients 
• Strong management skills to mentor, guide and train staff as effective sellers. 
• Strong communication skills to present to major advertising agencies, motion picture studios, electronic, gaming and other major national advertisers as well as CPG, beverage, apparel, health care, pharma, automotive, food services and others. 
• Strong relationships with agencies and national advertising clients to allow the presentation of media, entertainment and social networking platforms to advertisers seeking Spanish and English audiences in their most desired demographic. 
• An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business and business development. 
• The ability to structure deals and develop strong client relationships as part of one the world's largest English / Spanish media, entertainment and social networking companies 
• The ability to accompany Directors, Sales Managers and Account Executive on sales calls and lead by example as you build and develop the West Coast. 
• Experience with Motion Picture, Music, Entertainment, Electronic, Gaming, Automotive, Apparel and other concentrated West Coast verticals highly desired. 
• Experience with Spanish / English markets a plus.
• Strong success with building teams and leading by example.
