The Senior Producer is responsible for the journalistic and creative development, production, content quality of each show, constructing fresh, informative, creative, compelling shows, ensuring balanced content consistent with the mission goals of the company. 
The Senior Producer Maintains the creative vision, quality, look and feel of news programs aligned with the departments’ vision of high journalistic standards. 

The Senior Producer is responsible for overseeing the gathering, writing and producing of each show and will lead and produces new and innovative productions. This Sr. Producer will mentors and serve as a resource to junior members of the staff as they demonstrate strong news judgment; ensure journalistic standards of fairness, accuracy and relevancy.
