Sales, production and programming to include all business, creative and technical aspects of managing, performing and mentoring these areas will be the responsibility of this talented General Manager.

The primary focus will be to enhance revenue through innovative and standard broadcast practices.  Strong financial controls by a hands-on multi-talented broadcasting executive who leads by example is essential.

• Plan direct and coordinate the activities of the operation
• Formulate and implement policies governing the functions of the various departments to include: Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, Affiliate and Community Relations.
• Establish budgets and generate analysis of budget vs actuals and justify variances
• Create growth projections for the business(es)
• Work with sister companies to maximize advertising, viewership and ancillary revenue
• Determine added value advertising opportunities through varied programming initiatives
• Provide motivation and training of staff in business, technical and creative areas to improve broadcast product and revenue
• Review, negotiate and improve programming acquisitions
• Oversee current production and develop all types of programming to include: News, Sports and Events for local and expanded audiences
• Creative skills for station "on and off-air" promotions
• Utilize the stations sophisticated production facilities, geographics and staff to maximize opportunities in the broadcasting, advertising, travel, sports, event, production and post communities. 

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the management of a television station's operations
• Ability to mentor and interface with staff on all levels
• Ability to manage a non-heavily layered organization
• Capacity to improve financial process and reporting
• Proven leadership skills in business, technical and creative areas
