Job Description	Report to the President of Network Sales Function as a strong manager of people and supervise national sales staff in New York Maintain and build new relationships with advertising agencies and clients Build awareness of the Network's desirable demographic  Be proactive, think out of the box, creative, utilize resources and take advantage of opportunities based on the market. Create opportunities, don't wait for them to happen
Required Skills	Min 5-10 years of national television advertising sales management experience Strong management skills to direct national sales staff and resources Strong national client relationships in any or all: Automotive; Adult Beverage, Beverage, Entertainment, Music, CPG, Pharmaceutical, Leisure, Apparel, Foot Wear; Financial Services, Luxury Goods and others. Strong agency relationships to get immediate awareness of programming initiatives Ability to work well within a major U.S. media and entertainment company Good with meeting and exceeding budgets An executive who enjoys and thrives in an upfront environment Capacity to manage Los Angeles and Chicago business from New York and manage those offices separately if they have the experience and capacity to do so. A polished TV executive with the capacity to gain internal and external consensus Ability to work in concert with the interactive group when required for digital initiatives A person who enjoys what they do for a living and enjoys building other executives to succeed financially in a dynamic broadcasting environment.
