SUMMARY:
Large multinational law firm is seeking
a collaborative and self-driven Diversity & Inclusion professional
for the project management of a wide range of diversity and inclusion and

SUMMARY
The Alumni Engagement Information
Specialist is responsible for improving alumni-related data and data-driven
business processes through the ongoing maintenance and research efforts
for the program. Projects vary in scope across multiple technology
tools and may stretch across various office locations. In addition
to the responsibilities associated with alumni-related data, the Alumni
Engagement Information Specialist will be a critical on site resource for
local alumni programming and events in the New York office. The Specialist
will assist as needed with the planning and coordination of local programs

Primary responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, data maintenance and research, reporting,
data analysis, internal website monitoring, event and training support,
budget support, and other ongoing projects or general administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands business data points
for current and future integration to the alumni site (HR, CRM, LinkedIn,
D&B, etc.) and understands dataflow, design & ownership of information.

Understanding of the alumni
program and how technology supports our efforts.

Understanding of Alumni Website
functionality, maintenance and vendor relationship.

Ensures that data feeds accurately
to the alumni website from HR data systems, (PeopleSoft), and in the future,
the Firm’s CRM and other sources such as LinkedIn and D&B.

Monitors the website and works
with Alumni Operations & Delivery Manager, appropriate vendors, and
the firm's departments such as IT and HR to fix problems, coordinate enhancements,
and complete upgrades.

Manages alumni data to ensure
accuracy.

Assists with regular data refresh
campaigns and conducts research of information on missing contact info.

Supports Firmwide reporting
needs for alumni data by understanding alumni data & standard vs adhoc
reports.

Runs requested reports on alumni
data - many ad hoc, some will be regularly scheduled. Performs quality
control on reports for accuracy.

Reviews and maintains existing
standard “Saved Search” type queries, evaluating for efficiency and improvement.

Support monthly metrics and
dashboard reporting to various groups.

Support research and analysis
leveraging the firm's Alumni LinkedIn Group and Alumni LinkedIn Recruiter

Assist with RFP and vendor review

head quartered in New York City. The position will hold the responsibility
of administering key processes in the areas of benefits and wellness as
well as provide support to the Human Resources department. Ideal
applicants will be highly skilled in customer service, have strong administrative
and data management skills, and worked in a Human Resources capacity for

Provides direct support to Director

The Employee Relations Administrator

Job Description
The Human Resource
Generalist for Information Technology will be responsible for managing
all human resource activities required of the IT staff of the company.
Working together with both the Information Technology team and Corporate
Human Resources office, the candidate will be responsible for supporting
approximately 240+ IT employees. These responsibilities include the
efficient and professional management of daily human resource activities,
which include recruiting for open information technology positions, coordinating
employee on-boarding and dismissals, and acting as a liaison to corporate

Recruiting Process Management:
The successful candidate will have considerable experience working with
hiring managers to organize and execute processes associated with identifying
and hiring Information Technology employees. The candidate should
be proficient in gathering requirements for IT positions, assisting managers
in crafting high-quality job descriptions and be familiar with the use
of online tools to post job information. The human resource generalist
will need to successfully identify candidates whose experience matches
existing job descriptions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews with
hiring managers, and manage all post-interview correspondence. The
generalist must be able to work successfully with hiring managers and corporate
HR to present candidate offers, discuss compensation and organize the on-boarding
process.
Human Resource Management:

Incumbent is expected to

Experience |
At least 3-4 years of pension
administration experience. At least 1 year of management experience.
A comprehensive knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations and rulings pertaining
to the administration of pension plans and experience in counseling employees
and retirees on pension related matters. |
Education |
College degree required.
Completion of CEBS courses a plus. |

General Function |
The firm is seeking two
human resource recruitment assistants as additions to staff to be based
in their New York City; U.S. headquarters, located Downtown Manhattan.
These HR professionals will support the firm's On Campus Recruitment Team
(OCRT) in the identification, recruitment and attraction of professional
staff. |

Create on campus interview
packets by preparing registration paperwork and organizing folders |

Assemble folders for shipment
to each law school and follow up with the shipping department |

Print resumes from e-mails
and enter them in the firm’s database using “Lawcruit” |

up with accounting department |
