Filcro Media Staffing is Retained
The Filcro Media Staffing Officer in Charge of Search, The client CEO and a Managing Director of the investment bank met in New York to discuss current media holdings and those being acquired. Filcro Media Staffing was engaged to identify the new CRO and to staff all front and back office for sales in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami.
Once domestic markets were staffed, the firm’s plan was to identify XVP level personnel for the U.K. ; EU ; Asia ; LATAM and MENA and forge partnerships with entities capable of monetizing the music content internationally as the CEO worked on IP, licensing and permissions for their music and music video libraries OCONUS.
The Music Media Network’s Channels (100+) would launch at a cadence dictated by music publishing rights, video library acquisitions and monetization of OTA, OTT, OEM, Mobile, MSO, Telecom, Cable Net and Digital Ad Net partners. Facilitated by proprietary technology that merges cross-platform assimilation and dissemination of music entertainment as multicast multiplex, multichannel offerings, this CRO would be creating new markets and revenue streams.

The Filcro Media Recruitment Solution
Based on Filcro Media Staffing’s exposure to OTA TV, OTT, DOOH, Mobile, Music, Broadcast Technologies and Music Media Merchandising is was determined that the proper CRO to monetize the organization would ideally come from one of five domestic and three international media companies to meet the board's business and revenue goals.
With assurances from the CEO that the search could be conducted by market-driven factors, three of the eight candidates identified were deemed appropriate and ultimately the merger of another media company facilitated the ability to attract a CRO at the cadence required for an upfront season launch. The multiplex roll-out across eight to ten media platforms of 100+ music channels was successful.
