U.S. based global media and entertainment conglomerate seeks a Director of Interactive Client Services for one of their noted web sites with rich, award winning content.

Compensation

$100,000 to $125,000 + bonus

Summary

The Client Service team is responsible for the management of campaigns from signature to execution.  The Director’s roll will be to develop the Client Services staff, assign project work, review workload for direct reports and manage certain high profile relationships.  Other important components to the Director position will be to conceptualize, execute and optimize advertising programs as well as to develop policies and procedures to streamline workflow of the team.

Job Description
 

• Develop integrated marketing programs; write proposals and sales materials to support the Ad Sales Team.
• Provide guidance, direction, coaching and development to all members of the Client Services team.
• Oversee projects to completion and ensure that they are in compliance with the specifics detailed in the signed Insertion Order.
• Act as a liaison with all departments to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to implementing the campaign.
• Manage timelines with graphics, content, legal, traffic and other areas of the .com property, as well as, with the client to maintain scheduled deadlines.
• Delegate workflow and review for QA.
• Manage select campaigns for high profile clients.

Requirements
 
• Prior management/supervisory experience a must.
• 5-7 years experience working in media (3-4 years with interactive knowledge).
• Experience with conceptualizing integrated ideas and writing proposals.
• 5+ years of account planning/strategic planning experience in an advertising agency environment (strongly desired).
• Knowledge of building micro-sites, sponsorships and other advertising programs, as well as, experience with ad-serving systems (i.e. Dart, Mediavisor, etc.)
• Extremely detailed oriented, with the ability to manage many tasks at once.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS or equivalent.
