| Summary |
Major U.S. based
and global media and entertainment companies seeks experienced online sales
executives to lead tactically and strategically as Senior Account Executive,
Directors, VP's and Managers of Online Advertising Sales for their TV Networks
Groups and stand alone Online properties.
These executives
will enhance revenue through direct sales and sales management acumen in
music and TV entertainment environments as well as diverse programming
across all genres.

Enhance revenue
through direct sales
Enhance revenue
through the mentoring and development of current national online sales
managers
Create and or
identify convergent opportunities with advertisers that capitalize on the
Interactive and TV Network Group's capacity to attract a desirable demographic
Optimize current
agency and client relationships
Function strategically
with advertising agencies, direct clients and senior most officers of companies
to position the properties as advertising values in their respective spaces

| Skills
Required |
Online advertising
sales experience in a sales and or sales management capacity
Proven capacity
to enhance revenue with advertising agencies and clients
Ability to lead
strategically and or generate sales with national advertisers
Strong experience
functioning tactically as a self motivated sales professional
Experience working
with other media platforms synergistically, i.e.. Network TV, Cable TV,
Online Advertising
Ability to gain
consensus within a major media and entertainment company
Ideal - Category
specific strengths in no order of preference: Automotive; Telecommunications;
