Position CRM Data Steward
Salary to $55,000 with firm paid exceptional benefits, bonus, PTO, & more
Location New York City, NY - Midtown Manhattan - NYC
Duties A top law firm is looking for a Data Steward to maintain the CRM InterAction database. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Maintain data quality
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Update, merge and eliminate duplicate contacts
  • Act as a reference for end users about InterAction
Required
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related 
  • At least one year of InterAction experience, or two years of related CRM experience.
  • Previous law firm experience preferred
  • Data management and data manipulations skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail, proofreading and Internet research skills with general knowledge of Corporate structures

Position InterAction Database Administrator
Salary $60,000 - $80,000 with firm paid exceptional benefits, bonus, PTO, and more
Location Northern , New Jersey, NJ
Duties The Database Administrator will be responsible for implementing and configuring the InterAction database.  In addition, you will manage users and groups including adding and inactivating users as staff responsibilities change and personnel join and leave the firm.  Duties include:
  • Identify data sources 
  • Customize reports, labels, and envelopes 
  • Integrate InterAction with other applications 
  • Install and test new releases 
  • Configure and monitor folder dependency and data change management rules 
  • Manage and monitor scheduled processes 
  • Maintain the SQL database and monitoring the Application Server 
  • Create the Disaster Recovery Plan 
  • Additional Data Steward Responsibilities
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years law firm marketing experience
  • Advanced InterAction Windows Client skills 
  • InterAction Application Collaboration skills

Position InterAction Specialist - Major U.S. Law Firm

Location Midtown Manhattan - New York City, NY
Duties The InterAction Specialist will play a leading role in creating strategy for and managing the firm's InterAction program.  Specifically, this individual will be responsible for raising awareness of and promoting the capabilities of the CRM system, as well as the ongoing administration of the database.  This individual will also be responsible for the firm's email marketing activities, including distributions related to client events and client alerts. 
  • Enter data into CRM database for contacts, companies, engagements and opportunities and monitor
  • For accuracy and completeness
  • Perform data quality research using internal and external resources and proof users’ data change requests
  • Segment database for targeted events and e-mailings
  • Create, utilize and maintain folders and lists used in firm e-mailings to clients
  • Train attorneys, secretaries and other end users and encourage increased/enhanced usage of CRM
  • Generate ideas to consistently enhance the value of the database and its contents for users
  • Remain aware of current CRM, direct mail and business development-related trends/best practices and apply when necessary
  • Assist with firm-sponsored events 
Required
  • 2+ years of experience managing an InterAction database 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of and ability to communicate the importance and value of the system as a business development tool
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, writing and research skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working at a professional services firm
  • Ability to train and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience as a project coordinator preferred

Position Senior Director Business Development - North America
Salary $250,000 base with additional incentives. Defined and non defined benefits and two bonuses a year
Firm Major U.S. Global Law Firm
Summary U.S. based multinational law firm is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development North America to administer strategic and tactical programs to enhance the firm's standing in The United States and global markets.

This newly created position will work synergistically with other Directors dedicated to Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South America.

Duties
  • Manage a staff of 10 professionals and 8 support staff members in New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC
  • Manage vendors and external resources 
  • Coordinate cross platform media campaigns online, print and mass media 
  • Determine analytics and metrics utilized to initiate targeted campaigns
  • Work in conjunction with other Biz Dev Directors globally on major client accounts
  • Travel to regional offices in the U.S. to manage staff and Biz Dev initiatives
  • Meet regularly in person and by video conference with the heads of each U.S. practice group
  • Manage and set budgets for marketing materials and operating expenses
  • Interface with clients autonomously and as a team member and team leader
  • Coordinate national conference for U.S. business and attend Canadian and South American conferences once a year.
  • Position the firm favorably in a highly competitive markets
Required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing or business development experience in a large law firm with 1000 plus population.
  • Strong management skills to lead a staff of dedicated professionals directly and remotely
  • A sophisticated understanding of highly targeted cross platform media campaigns and associated media metrics
  • Ability to work in a high profile position that requires direct interaction with senior level executives
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to travel and represent the interests of the firm
  • Solid reporting skills to keep management appraised of strategic and tactical actions and results
  • Accompany Managing and or Senior Partner level staff to functions in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC 
  • Keep abreast of initiatives by competitors
  • Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Proficiency with multiple languages desired, but not required

    Key Responsibilities
    InterAction Data Steward Jobs in Marketing in New York City Law Firms for Legal Secretaries
    • The InterAction Data Steward is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in InterAction, their CRM, and provide troubleshooting support 
    • Working very closely with Partner Secretaries in the Firm; collecting firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies
    • Managing the ongoing administration of InterAction including the integrity of the data being brought into the system and the ongoing duplicate management (InterAction comes with these management tools); attending to ongoing maintenance and special projects/applications that arise for InterAction
    • Performing other duties as assigned this job offers exceptional growth
     
    Required Skills
    • 1 + years of working with InterAction; basic technical systems knowledge; 
    • Familiarity with basic marketing principles; 
    • The ability to see projects through to completion

    • The capability of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
