Job Description	Build, sell and manage national sales for a high end demographic Music and Entertainment TV network Supervise two national sales professionals and a sales assistant in New York Manage two additional sales offices in Chicago and Los Angeles in 07' Build and develop a unique brand that is the #1 destination of it's type on cable television
Required Skills	Proven ability to lead and manage tv sales staff by example. Starting with two national account executives in New York  A capacity and desire to continue to build and grow a highly successful music network as part of a multinational media and entertainment conglomerate Agency and national advertising contacts that would lean towards adult beverage are on the President's wish list.  Ability to manage and meet budgets Ability to work successfully starting with 30 million subscribers Capacity to expand sales offices outside of New York as the Network grows and supervise sales staff in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. A honed TV Advertising Sales executive who can experience quick financial and career growth based on their ability to lead dynamically as Network programming initiatives facilitate new markets.
